In what way are you preparing for the season of Lent? Today, Shrove Tuesday, is the day we examine the closets and cupboards of our hearts and minds, removing those thoughts that lead us to a prideful and inflated understanding of ourselves. We rid ourselves of those things that prevent us from being reconciled with God.
