This is a lay-led support group. Caring for loved ones with dementia is increasingly challenging for both the caregiver as well as the one who is becoming trapped inside themselves. Dementia comes in a variety of diagnoses. In this group, caregivers have been discovering others just like themselves, stumbling along in their new roles. With the group, they are no longer alone, but are strengthened by the support and understanding of each other. Caregivers who have been praying for some kind of help are now finding that in this support group. The group is open to members of the community.
