Lay Ministers serve on the Altar, assisting the Priest, reading and administering the Chalice. Training is available for those interested. Tests and licenses from the Diocese are required for Worship Leaders.

Eucharistic Ministers serve the Chalice during Communion and read lessons. Lectors read lessons during the service. They come from the congregation to read and are not required to wear vestments. We also have five Worship Leaders who are trained to lead the services of Morning and Evening Prayer. For several years our Worship Leaders have led a Morning Prayer service at the Sierra Regency Retirement Apartments in Roseville each Sunday.
