Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse, will be sponsored at St. John’s for the fifth year in the fall of 2008. Shoe boxes are prayerfully packed with small gifts and treasurers.

In 2007 over 24,000 boxes were filled by churches in the Sacramento region and shipped to hurt, orphaned and needy children in over 100 countries. The message each box carries is that Jesus loves you and we do, too.
