God calls us to listen to His Son with our whole heart, soul, and mind. We are to understand that God's glory is revealed through the cross as well as the mountaintop. For it is when we give food to the hungry, drink to the thirsty, provide shelter for the homeless, care for the sick, welcome the stranger, and visit those in prison, that God's glory is radiantly seen.
