During this season of Advent, while we prepare to remember the birth of our Lord, let us not fail to recognize that Jesus is already here. We encounter him in word and sacrament, as we gather as the body of Christ. Jesus comes to us in the context of each moment and circumstance in our lives. He waits for us to recognize him.
