St. John's hosts the guests of The Gathering Inn several times a month.  While we are providing 60-70 people with a tasty well-rounded meal and a safe place to sleep, this is not our primary goal.  The goal is that during the time that our guests are at St. John's, they feel welcomed and loved!  This begins with a sincere and welcoming greeting from our always enthusiastic volunteers and continues throughout the evening with fellowship and the sharing of a meal.  We are all so blessed to experience and share the transforming love of Jesus Christ with these beautiful children of God.  We continue our mantra of 'Dining with Dignity' with different themes and decorated tables which include tablecloths, candlelight, real dishes and utensils!  In the morning, our guests are sent off with a snack bag to help carry them through their day.
